Joe Beson of Bay City earns bowling honors at Special Olympics
I would also like to congratulate Joe Beson of Bay City for his outstanding performance in the 2006 Special Olympic National Games in Ames, Iowa, from July 1 to July 8. Joe competed in three bowling events:
- He came in second place in mixed doubles with a final score of 647.
- He came in fourth place in the mixed team competition, with a final score of 1,366.
- He came in fifth place in bowling singles with a final score of 393 for three games.
