Hope sworn in as representative for 67th House District

LANSING- State Rep. Kara Hope (D-Holt) was sworn in officially today as representative for the 67th House District for the 2019-2020 legislative session. The swearing-in ceremony marked the formal opening of Michigan’s 100th Legislature. In response, Rep. Hope issued the following statement:

“Michiganders deserve leadership that is committed to fighting for their futures. I’m ready to join my colleagues to ensure that our schools and infrastructure are properly funded, our natural resources are protected, and that everyone has access to the healthcare they need to live a long and healthy life.”
